If you’re more of a visual learner, scroll to the end of the post to see the step-by-step recipe photos as always.
- Assemble the s’mores. Remove the cream from the middle of each Oreo cookie and place a piece of chocolate in the middle. Next add a ghost marshmallow (or Peep) to the top.
- Melt the Chocolate & toast the Spooky S’mores. Place assembled s’mores on a grill pan set to the lowest heat setting. Alternatively, you may use a cast iron or non-stick skillet, or place them on an outdoor grill. Warm the s’mores until the chocolate has melted and the marshmallows begin to warm up. Using a kitchen torch, lightly toast the marshmallows and serve. Enjoy your Spooky Chocolate S’mores with a cup of your favorite hot cocoa or use them to top off your Ghoulish Halloween sundaes!
How to Bake Big Batch S’Mores in the Oven
It’s easy to make a big batch of these indoor Halloween S’mores. Simply pop the assembled s’mores onto a parchment-lined baking tray and place them under a preheated broiler for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the chocolate is melty and the marshmallows are toasty. Feel free to top the ghosts with another Oreo cookie half before serving.
