GATHER UP THE INGREDIENTS

SHRIMP, EVOO, Grana Padano Cheese (or Parm), bread crumbs, clarified shrimp butter (or regular butter), chives, &sea salt.

CLEAN THE SHRIMP

Remove the shells & tails and devein them. Pat them dry & give them a rough chop.
