HOW TO MAKE BOLOGNESE SAUCE #1 (OVERVIEW)

1. Sauté the pancetta. 2. Cook the soffrito. 2. Cook the beef. 3. Deglaze the pot with wine. 4. Add beef broth, tomato paste & canned tomatoes; simmer for 1.5 to 2hours. 5. Add milk & simmer for 45 minutes.

HOW TO MAKE BOLOGNESE SAUCE #2 (OVERVIEW)

1. Cook the soffrito. 2. Cook the pancetta. 3. Cook the beef. 4. Deglaze the pot with wine. 4. Add chicken broth, milk, tomato paste & tomato passata & simmer for 2.5 - 3hours.
