Fall Recipes

Fall is my favorite time of year — cozy sweaters and crisp, cool nights inspire a host of comforting dishes and desserts! Everything from slow-braised meats, Italian duck ragù, and Pacific Salmon to squash gratin, apple pie, and delicious seasonal mushrooms. And since Autumn (like any other season) is a season for both the savory and the sweet, it just wouldn’t be complete without steaming hot toddies, gooey crunchy cookies, warm fruit pies, and Mom’s tasty cobbler.
